Have a look at the drawing and you will see that the screw goes through whatever you are attaching to and the concho is threaded which holds everything together.
The concho is approximately 1.5" across. The arrow measures slightly over 3" long. Pewter can be polished like chrome or blackened with a light acid for an antique finish.
